Privacy policy
What we collect when you ask for a quote, why, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
Nowra Pressure Cleaning is a trading name of ClearView Exterior Services (ABN 67 460 189 648), run by Noah. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you use the quote form, call or email, we collect what you give us: your name, mobile, email, suburb, the services you're asking about, your message and any photos. If you book, we also keep the job address, dates, quotes and invoices.
Why
- To prepare and send your quote
- To book, do and invoice the work
- To contact you about your quote or job
- To keep records we must keep for tax
Who sees it
Your details are kept in our customer system (HighLevel) and our email and accounting tools. We don't sell your information or share it with other businesses for their marketing. Photos you send are only used to quote your job unless you give separate permission.
Website measurement
If this site uses analytics or advertising measurement, it's used to understand how people find us, not to identify you.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
